I just complete a significant home/residental concrete driveway including large parking Pad, sidewalk connecting to front door! The driveway way extended into fenced area extending parking pad! It is awesome ! Has changed the street appeal of the home/property as I home the pictures show! I have had many people stopping to admire work and quality!To discuss professionalism and exceptional construction I can not rate the Contractor and his team with any higher rating! From the initial contract, assessment and vision I had hoped to achieve! Qwas very aware of my goals and expectations and open and honest regarding design and any construction issue he saw as problematic now or in future! He was excellent at design(s) recommendations!The prep and framing process went smoothly with attention to grade and elevation of driveway for drainage! Again the expertise and attention to detail was evident, The final stage involved laying of metal reinforcement t for all areas, pouring of cement and smooth grade and finishing work! The final product was awesome and exactly what I imagined and quality exceeded so many other driveways I looked at prior to contracting SEA ConstructionLLC. After cement was able to set up, all edges and slopes were cleaned up and graded to appropriate slope around driveway, sidewalk and parking pad! Area is ready for me to plant landscaping privacy plants and grass which I will do!I hope this lengthy review gives any reviewer a good concept of keys elements of the process! Q and his team were always arriving on time, schedule well orchestrated- Entire construction was completed in 4 1/2 days! I am thrilled! Comparing early estimates to my contract I received excellent constructed DRIVEWAY FOR A REASONABLE FAIR PRICE THAT IS QUALITY JOB
