Cheap plumbing repair but still great quality.Don't get ripped off by these guys who don't have a clue and charge you to pay for all that overhead. I have over 20yrs experience in the plumbing field an can repair that leak or get that water heater running again. I normally can give a price over the phone. I have a van with all the tools to do the job so give me a call and I can give you a price or e-mail or text. I also work with people with rental property.
All service work and drain cleaning is typically flat rate at 100.00 unless high parts cost like tub cartridge or garbage disposal

Joshua texted me to confirm the apt and arrived exactly on time. He is pleasant and professional. He repaired the leaking toilet within minutes and adjusted the sink drain pulley. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will call on him again for any plumbing issues in the future.
