- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates for both residential and commercial work are some of the lowest in the area. We feel we are the best value for the dollar with the understanding that, we set out to build long term relationships and value repeat customers. We offer Veteran discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin with a conversation regarding their needs and or wants. Depending on the nature of the work, we will either come out To gather information for a quote or provide a NTE dollar amount that establishes a price range to work with. After an agreement is reached, we schedule a visit that accommodates the customers availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from a 4 year apprenticeship, I have continued to expand my knowledge and experience through industry related seminars, courses and literature.
