I hope he treats his customers better than his electricians. I worked for Terence back in June of 2012, on a project that had more loose ends than what is professional. He paid me for approx. half of the 13 hours I spent finding buried wiring, fixing half done tasks, and seems to think that "just cause you're white" is a valid reason to not pay his workers. Take your chances!
