- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing structure varies according to the service provided and the scale of the project. Before accepting a job we will provide our customer with an Estimate that will include a Total price for the that we can do the job for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get in touch with them and find out exactly what they are looking to have done, from there I will decide which of the services I offer are suited for the customer and their needs. Once we've decided what services are going to be performed I'll schedule a time frame and day to come service the customers property. After my first service is completed I will touch base again with the customer and see if they are satisfied with my work and if they want to set up a recurring visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been doing this line of work on and off since I was 14, so Ive had the luxury of learning hands on a wide array of skills and services related to this industry.
