- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates and up front pricing. Examples of some of our rates include. Service calls including repair of between 135.00-155.00 including parts and labor. Drain cleaning prices range between 135-155for small drains and 210.00-275.00 for main sewers. Faucet replacements run between 135.00 to 175.00 if customer provides faucet with quotes available for other faucets. Water heater replacements run between 825.00-1200.00 for gas and electric and tankless gas heaters run around 2500.00-5500.00 depending on brand and work required. Septic to sewer conversions including tank pumping and abandonment, permits and inspections are quoted but generally run between 3100.00-4200.00. All estimates are free and work can be quoted most times by email or phone.

Discuss the work that is required. Provide solutions for the request. Set up a time for an appointment or estimate. Complete the work as requested and confirm customer is happy with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master plumber and Gas fitter with over 30 year experience in service work including residential and commercial types of service. Worked in Antarctica in extreme environments on projects and general service repairs and replacement including life cycle replacement of pumps, faucets, water storage tanks and fixtures.
