Wow. I am new to Tampa and I hear you have to watch out for scammers. My AC broke down at midnight last night. I placed a service request through tumbtack providing all the details I could and went to bed. Next morning I had quotes from licensed service providers. I reviewed and selected Jon's quote. His quote was higher because he knew exactly what I needed from my input. Initially his pricing did scare me a bit until I realized the other vendors were simply quoting a service fee to come out and troubleshoot my AC problem. On Jon's quote is recommends for you to check his company out by independant reviews. I am GLAD I did. Jon sent me the first quote, he arrived on time (even in a FL-DOWNPOUR). I had at least 10 ac companies come to my house to.give me estimates. I thought the foam board ducts where inferior to the flex duct. He is the first person who told me that it's not an inferior product and he recommended not replacing them with flex ducts. That saved me over $2000. no other contractor had corrected my ignorance. they were just ready to take my moneythey were just ready to take my money
