Pierre called 30 minutes before arrival. Arrived on time and was attentive to my description of problem. I was concerned it was the circuit box but he checked everything and it was working. Checked and adjusted all wiring in the office and the problem was resolved. I was only charged the service fee which was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have another electrical problem.
