I bring more than 35 years of hands-on restaurant experience, including approximately 24 years as a Director of Operations. I’ve owned and operated restaurants, opened kitchens across the country as a Corporate Trainer for Houston’s Restaurants, and spent three years in commercial real estate specializing in restaurant sales, leases and business valuations. Fox Restaurant Consultants helps restaurant owners improve profitability and solve real-world operational problems. I can assist with food and labor costs, menu development and engineering, pricing, management and staff development, service standards, operational systems, new restaurant openings, turnarounds, restaurant evaluations and overall profitability. I can also assist prospective buyers and sellers with evaluating restaurant operations and understanding the factors that affect a restaurant’s value. My approach is practical and hands-on. I’ve spent my career inside restaurants—not simply advising them from the outside. I’ll identify what’s working, what isn’t, where you may be leaving money on the table, and provide realistic recommendations you can actually implement.
