This gentleman is the personification of 5 star customer service. I had a serious issue with my AC unit which had blew a fuse and was not functional at all. It was a 90 degree day in Florida and it was almost impossible to do anything. I reached out at about 2p & this gentleman arrived at my residence before even 3p. Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and reset the AC. Also the technician was able to explain that my aftermarket display would not be compatible on the existing unit, something i had no idea was an issue. I really appreciate his honesty and transparency today. We will definitely work again the near future. Thanks so much!!
