Mario is a straight up dude. Super easy to deal with, knowledgeable and honest. My a/c wasn't working properly and he diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. Did some maintenance as well while he was here. We ended up needing a new condensor fan motor on our 2 year old a/c unit. He went out of his way to find us our warranty certificate since we just bought this house and didn't have it. He saved us alot of money. Will continue to use Mario for our a/c needs.

This is the second time Ive called M.J.S Cooling Services for AC diagnostics and repairs, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first time, the issue actually turned out to be electrical, not the AC itself, but Mario didnt just leave. He stayed and helped me work through the problem anyway. That level of care and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out.This time, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and had my family comfortable again in no time. Mario is very knowledgeable. Both visits, he was punctual, professional, and his pricing was honest and reasonable. Its not easy to find someone this trustworthy and reliable I wouldnt call anyone else.

If I could give Mario 10 STARS I would certainly do so. If you want excellent service at a reasonable price, call Mario!!! After spending too much money to the biggest service company "I don't love those guys" Mario diagnosed a problem that 2 other A/C companies didn't even find. During our cold spell my heat was not working, Mario diagnosed the problem but it was late in the afternoon to get the part from the warehouse. And the next morning I had to have a surgery done, so Mario switched appointments so he could meet my wife and install the part. It was nice to come home to a nice warm place after surgery. Mario will treat you like FAMILY. Thank you again!!!
