Answered my call right away. I had a leak in my ceiling from the ac. It was a new unit and the other company would not come back. I knew it was time for the maintenance call and I called the other company several times and they did not show up. Then I saw the stain on the ceiling. I called Primos Aire and Huriel came the same day. I was leaving town the next day. He was so nice and courteous and took pictures to show me the leak. He did the maintenance on the ac unit and checked everything and changed my filter for me. I made an appointment for the next service. I was very impressed with this young man. A great small business. I would recommend him to everyone. jw

Huriel is an angel! I will use him for many many more years to come. I just moved here from Jersey, I had two people come out before him and they wanted to charge me over 1700 dollars. Huriel did regular maintenance on my unit and he wasn’t anywhere near that price. I guess being from out of state and new I was being targeted - I’m glad I found an honest man! My air is much more cooler and efficient!

Primos air was fantastic! I had an issue with my AC at 9PM and used thumbtack to find them - they texted me within 5 minutes, gave me a rough estimate over text for the work, and came the very next morning at 9am to fix the unit! Price was extremely fair and work was stellar. Highly recommended!
