Quality of work 8 out of 10 Speed of work 10 out of 10 Communication 7 out of 10 Overall satisfied, I am very picky when it comes to work on my properties. Me and Leo verbally agreed on everything I wanted done. No notes were taken during agreements which led to a few minor things being incomplete. Leo is very nice and professionally spoken which is a must for anyone stepping into my units. His team did most of the work while Leo wrapped up some final things at the end of the project. I had cabinets in kitchen replaced as well as butcher block counter tops installed, new sink installed, 2 doors replaced, trim replaced around doors, part of drop ceiling replaced, mail boxes put up and locks replaced all throughout 1st floor apartment.
