I am so glad I read reviews, which lead me to hiring Dale. He has been nothing but professional, thorough, clean, fair, informative, prompt, and efficient. I began by hiring for one specific job, but because of his workmanship, I have now increased it to two jobs and wish he did other trade work. I had an issue other plumbers did not want to tackle and Dale took the job confidently and not I have full use of the main bathroom again! He also takes his time to explain, in terms I can understand, how something works and why it is / isn't important. There is no pressure sales to do anything he recommends. It is exactly like having a family friend in the house helping out with a plumbing issue. I will be recommending Dale to anyone I hear who needs a plumber from now on.
