FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Willing to work with any budget. Photography is a passion as well as a hobby. If I can enjoy a day at the beach or the park and take photos I don't even need to make money to do so. But I am offering a service and a product and more work goes into it than just being at the beach or at the park. So I expect to make something for the time and effort I put into it. I promise you my full attention and integrity. I'm probably giving you more for you money than most people in the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding their concept, their goals, their vision. Even if you think differently you must understand in order to suggest something different. The customer must get at the end what they want. Whether it's what they thought they wanted or what they ended up wanting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always very technical. Mathematic and graphic arts background turned into engineering. I am truly detail oriented and would not be happy with anything than perfect. Truthfully if I think it's good it's probably perfect in other people's eyes because I rarely accept less than perfection.
