- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to keep things very simple, I offer the following services: - Personal Styling - Personal Shopping (min 4 hours) - Closet Edit - Packing Services (min 2 hours) - Photoshoot Styling *Willing to travel to customer. Customized packages are available upon request. For in-person sessions, I will travel 35 miles from Lighthouse Point, Florida at no extra cost. Transit time and cost will be added for any commute exceeding 35 miles. Full payment is due upon booking services. Deposit amount varies between packages. Rescheduling request must be made 48 hours prior to the start of the appointment. I strive to always be transparent and fair with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary 30 min consultation to learn more about you, lifestyle, challenges currently facing and styling goals. We can meet in-home, or a local coffee shop within 35 miles of Lighthouse Point. If you are not local, then Skype or Zoom is the next best option. After we decide to work together, I'll send you a questionnaire to dive a bit more about your goals. I want all my clients to consider this an investment in them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Florida State University with my Fashion Merchandising Degree and a minor in Business in 2007. Since then, I've worked with companies such as Dillards, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic and JCrew, all in Managerial/Sales role. I've always had a passion for styling others and while being successful in my roles with these companies, I've managed to curated relationships with repeating clients, simply because they knew I had the best interest in their style needs/goals. It truly bring me joy helping others feeling great not only in what they wear but in their lifestyle.
