My experience with this company was one of the greater experiences I had. I am an out of state resident and it was very important to me to trust a company ,this was the company to use.

I used this company for 2 separate bathroom remodels. When they were almost finished with the first bathroom and were placing the shelving back on the wall, they missed the correct spot 3 times and left holes in the wall which they never patched and painted over. Additionally, the medicine cabinet was not place inside the wall but just placed on the wall and unless you were 5 ft tall, the mirror on the cabinet was too low; they also put in a light fixture over the sink which was improperly placed on the wall as well. Included in their price was hauling away of any garbage however I found all of the bags of garbage from this job, hidden away in my garage, and I had to dispose of this myself. I had to hire a handyman to fix all of their mistakes which ended up costing me more money. I did not realize any of this until after they had started the second job, as the first job was at my rental house.
For the second bathroom they started tiling the shower walls and realized that it was tiled incorrectly, so they tore it down and had to redo, in which I had to buy more tile for them. When they were almost done with this job (9 weeks later!) they said they would come back and fix, however, they never returned, and refused to answer any of my calls and texts. For instance, they had poked a large whole in the door and said they would replace; the first door they purchased was a front door and not a bathroom door; they took it back and purchased the correct door. They did not install the door correctly, the bottom of the door scraped on the tile floor, and when they cut the door they threw out the wood included in the door to put in the bottom of the door to close it up and the bottom of the door was left open. They did not install the shower enclosure and I had to hire an experienced handyman to correct the door issue, install the shower enclosure, and take apart the tile around the window sill in the shower as you couldn't open or close the window as a result of their work. Relating to the garbage that needed to be hauled away by them for this job, we actually took a few of the bags of garbage to help them in getting rid of it. This is a very young company, and their main tile guy, while he knows how to do some things, needs to learn a lot more to better his craft. I really wish they had been truthful with me on their limitations and I could have prepared for that. Unless you have a very simple tile job to do I would never recommend this company.
