The insulation work itself was great and the team did a very nice job overall. Unfortunately, during the installation, the power to my master bedroom closet light was knocked out. While they acknowledged the issue and mentioned several times that they would come back to fix it, it has now been three weeks with no follow-up communication and no one has returned to resolve the problem. I’m disappointed in the lack of follow-through, especially after being told multiple times that it would be taken care of. The quality of the work was solid, but the customer service after the job was completed has been frustrating.
