- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do as 3 steps. First go see the costumer and all they need and collect the measurements. Second make drawings and send it to the costumer without cost. Third Check if need anything else to do the job with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years doing Millwork and cabinetry on commercial and residential job, also we did lot work in Connecticut and New York.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for somebody in wood shop and I open my business 20 years ago.
