Introduction & Greeting: Start by warmly welcoming the client. Overview of Services: Briefly explain what services you provide and what they can expect. Pricing: Clearly state your pricing structure (hourly, flat fee, etc.) and any payment terms. Communication Preferences: Ask how they prefer to communicate (email, phone, messaging apps) and how often. Project Timeline: Set clear start and end dates, including any key milestones or check-ins. Next Steps: Explain what happens next and how they can reach you with questions.

With over 10 years of experience supporting a wide range of industries, I bring a deep understanding of accounting processes, client service, and financial organization. I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a strong focus on continued education and up-to-date practices.
