- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I share packages alternatives depending on the client's needs. My prices include not only equipment, time and photos but also editing process, which usually requires a lot of time/dedication. Considerations: - Unedited photos are not apart of the standard price/service. Since these are not included in the pricing, they would not be delivered. - A previous deposit (50%) would be required before the photoshoot to ensure appointment and schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I received the request, my goal is to make sure I can satisfy my client's needs. Therefore, I would ask further details about the request/ any important notes the client would like to share with me. After that we discuss date, timeline and schedule the photo shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied photography since I was 17 years old. I have completed photography courses/studies at Roberto Mata School of Photography. I also have editing knowledge using Photoshop and Lightroom (Adobe Creative Cloud). I am constantly studying and improving my skills since it's something that I really enjoy.
