Real estate commissions are typically paid at closing and are negotiable depending on the property and situation. I focus on delivering strong results through strategic pricing, professional marketing, and skilled negotiation to maximize value for my clients.

I start with a consultation to understand the client’s goals and timeline. From there I provide market insights, pricing strategy, and a step-by-step plan. I guide my clients through the entire process including marketing, showings, negotiations, inspections, and closing.
