- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for my service is not complicated at all. The products , install, networking, training is all given at the beginning of the job and nothing is ever changed unless you have made a change in the plans requiring an increase decrease to the initial cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to walk the site. I give an estimate after looking around the attic and exterior of the home/office. I email a quote for my work and then wait for your response. We set a date and then complete the work. After the install is complete I give 30 - 60 minutes of training and answer any questions you've come up with during the install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Technical Manager of a large surveillance company I am up to date daily on new developments and I follow all the latest break throughs in the field.
