We first contracted with Nolasco Designs in December 2021 to have our shower area redone and the popcorn ceiling removed. The experience was fantastic, as we decided to take a trip during the week they were working, and when we returned we were stunned. The ceilings looked more incredible that what you might find on a new build. I had attempted to remove the popcorn from a small bathroom and thought I did ok, even with some minor plaster work, but their attention to quality and detail put my ceiling work to shame, so much so, I had them back to fix that bathroom. They were so very thorough, addressing all nail pops, drywall imperfections, and the water leak spot on our master ceiling. One day while they were wrapping up the ceiling, I was speaking to Marlon the owner and mentioned that I was going to hire a team to paint the entire interior of our house. He indicated that they could do that for us and I jumped on it. They knocked it out of the park! We had them use 5-6 different paint colors and they covered all the walls, baseboards, trim, and doors. Day 1 & 2 were all about laying down protective sheeting, fixing pops/drywall issues, and even filling in old hardwired telephone junction boxes (personal request). We even had a glitch when we decided that we did not like the paint color we chose for the bathroom after 2 coats had already been applied. A quick change order over the phone and a minor/expected job cost increase and they were there the next day with the new color we wanted and had it on the wall that day. Honestly, our house looks better than when we bought it 15 years ago. I am so impressed with their quality and professionalism. Cost.... They are not going to be the lowest bidder nor the highest, but I can guarantee you that their results speak for themselves. This was completely reasonable in my opinion, especially if you want a professional quality job done right the first time. It's an investment in the upkeep of your home that you are going to looking at for the next 5-10 years. I can tell you from experience that it's best to have it done right than to have to look at sub-standard job and grumble about it for the next 5-10 years. Thanks Nolasco Designs!

Marlon and his team where 100%! We had a very sharp deadline of 10 days for changing tiles (1,000 sqf) and painting internally. And it was end of December. They worked perfectly and delivered on time for us to move on the 29th! Any other need we have moving forward we’ll count on Nolasco Designs.

Marlon & crew were always at my house, ready to work, at the time he'd text me. He kept us in the loop when unexpected situations occurred with the reconstruction of our house in Boca Raton. His time table for completion of the job was about 2 days earlier than expected, even though we did have an issue arrive that could’ve set our timetable back. They cleaned up the area every evening. Their quality of work is impeccable, Marlon is VERY knowledgeable and expects perfection from himself, his crew and any other tradesmen that are needed for the project so he can complete the job to his expectations. His pricing is fair for the work completed. We are expecting to use him again for more work in the coming months. We will NEVER use any other company for our tile needs, whether it is for a bathroom or flooring.
