Marlon and his team where 100%! We had a very sharp deadline of 10 days for changing tiles (1,000 sqf) and painting internally. And it was end of December. They worked perfectly and delivered on time for us to move on the 29th! Any other need we have moving forward we’ll count on Nolasco Designs.

You won’t find a more dedicated group of brilliant professionals, who are also the nicest people to deal with. As an investor, when you have this kind of team working on your property renovations, it adds a very unique extra value, cause they don’t only take care of the installation, instead they bring their invaluable knowledge about designs, products and layouts, that no other team will get you.

Marlon & crew were always at my house, ready to work, at the time he'd text me. He kept us in the loop when unexpected situations occurred with the reconstruction of our house in Boca Raton. His time table for completion of the job was about 2 days earlier than expected, even though we did have an issue arrive that could’ve set our timetable back. They cleaned up the area every evening. Their quality of work is impeccable, Marlon is VERY knowledgeable and expects perfection from himself, his crew and any other tradesmen that are needed for the project so he can complete the job to his expectations. His pricing is fair for the work completed. We are expecting to use him again for more work in the coming months. We will NEVER use any other company for our tile needs, whether it is for a bathroom or flooring.
