- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are really affordable and competitive but we also understand that every project is different, so if a project consists of multiple products or services instead of a one-time event, we can drop the price significantly. In other words, the more quantity the more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit our customer personally if possible, if not, a phone would just do. We want to understand the need of our customer in every detail, in order for us to identify every possible way to deliver an effective solution.
