The estimated price is the base price for services offered. There is a $75 non-refundable retainer fee due at the time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a consultation meeting to connect with the couple either in person, over the phone, or via video call. This meeting is a chance for me to understand their vision for the ceremony and share details about my approach. During our discussion, I explore their expectations, preferences, and any specific elements they want in the ceremony. If we agree it's a good fit, I provide them with a contract outlining my services, fees, and terms, securing the booking with a signed contract and $75 non-refundable retainer. I gather personal information through a questionnaire or interview to craft a customized ceremony script, collaborating with the couple until it aligns perfectly with their vision. I offer a rehearsal as an option, (not mandatory)for comfort with ceremony logistics. As the wedding date approaches, we have a final meeting to address any last-minute details. On the wedding day, I arrive early, coordinate with vendors, and officiate the ceremony according to the finalized script, ensuring legal requirements are met and capturing the magic of the moment.
