  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogates, I offer flat-rate prices and various packages. There are no extra charges or hidden "witness" or "notary" fees.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is usually a phone consultation. After we decide the plan of action, we can meet in person or handle over the phone, whichever the client prefers. If it is an estate plan issue, the client will come to my office once or twice, once for the first interview and the second time for the document signing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Admitted to the Florida Bar Admitted to the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida Notary Public
