The value and workmanship of Trust Pavers were amazing and phenomenal. The end result of the pavers installed for my back yard patio and side walkway was truly exceptional. This has by far been the best customer satisfaction my wife and I have had in a long time in doing business with someone we paid for. Awesome professionalism and workmanship. It was great experience he was able to install a 25x34 paver patio on fairly short notice and it looks great. Went over everything in great detail what we would expect and it was exactly as he said. Plus we live very far out and he made it happen when other people said they couldn't work that far away.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up to 15% Special discount for Driveway and patios projects
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a visit for inspection and to deliver the free estimate. Accepted, specifics determined, type, color; we call the supplier to confirm the availability and delivery time frame. According to the supplier and our availability, we set the date and a contract is established.
Only when the material is about to be delivered, a partial payment has to be made. The remaining balance is only when the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years working in the Jacksonville area, many referrals can be given. Happy clients and satisfaction is our best reward.
