- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a visit for inspection and to deliver the free estimate. Accepted, specifics determined, type, color; we call the supplier to confirm the availability and delivery time frame. According to the supplier and our availability, we set the date and a contract is established. Only when the material is about to be delivered, a partial payment has to be made. The remaining balance is only when the job is done.
