- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and transparent. Rates are based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need (standard, deep, move-in/out, etc.). I don’t charge hidden fees, but if there’s something that takes extra time (like pet hair removal or heavy buildup), I’ll always let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises. I also offer discounts for recurring clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand what you’re looking for—every home and every family is different. I usually start with a quick phone call or message to go over your priorities, and then we’ll schedule a walk-through or just jump into the first cleaning. After that, I can suggest a maintenance plan or just come when you need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been cleaning professionally for several years, and during that time I’ve worked in all kinds of homes—small apartments, large family houses, vacation rentals, and everything in between. I’ve learned a lot through experience and from other seasoned pros, especially about using the right products for different surfaces and working efficiently without cutting corners.
