- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate pricing for each job. This ensures each job is done efficiently, and isn’t drawn out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk over the phone with them and do an assessment of what type of clean they need done. I ask for any specific requests. For those who want recurring, every 1st clean will be a deep clean, then get a discounted recurring standard rate after that.
