- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very flexible. I really try my hardest to work with my customers to make sure we both are happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I would talk to my customers, see what exactly they are wanting for there event day. Than after I usually send my customers a contract and a planning form to fill out. Than I block out my days and we plan together how they want there party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I think the most important training that you can have as a DJ is customer service. I have been a Firefighter/Paramedic for 7 years and I’ve learned a lot about customer service. It’s the way you talk to people, it’s the way you treat them. People call 911 because it’s the worst day of there lives. People need a DJ because it’s going to be one of there best days. I love what I do and I love giving back to my community!
