What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get a written price before any work starts. Jobs are priced by the job, not by the hour, and materials are listed separately. Nothing is added without your OK. Payment by Zelle, check or card (card adds a small processing fee).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a few photos and a short description. We reply the same day with a price range or a time for a quick visit, then a written estimate you can sign online. We agree on a start date, do the work, clean up, and send you photos when it's done.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years of hands-on renovation and repair work. I started BrixCare in Southwest Florida in 2025 to give homeowners one reliable person for the jobs on their list.
