Troy is very responsive and lets you know when he will be coming and if he’ll be late because the job he’s on is bigger than anticipated. He keeps you in the loop— which I love… so you’re not just waiting around. He fixed my laundry room door without having to buy any parts. He even found the part that was missing in my condo!! I highly recommend him!! He’s a really nice person, punctual, and resourceful!! And very honest!! He gets the job done!! Very impressive!!
