Really bummed that no one ever showed for my appointment time that I confirmed with Martina and that I cant get a response explaining why. I almost never leave bad reviews, but when I cant even be given a response or explanation...I get offended. We, deeply apologize, we would have called, however we had no number. We have a home up North that was now damaged three times do to recent ice/snow events (home is in Delaware)...we attempted to offer double free service to temper the situation, but again, with no phone number were unable to contact you. WE Sincerely apologize and ask understanding as those ice events were totally out of our control and the well being and safety of things up their needed to be personally confirmed. We wish you the best and will compensate you for time and service lost, give us a call...regretfully sent...and said...

Reply back more timely. I booked an appt 48-72hrs in advance. It was not confirmed & the follow up was made the day after the appt was made. I went with another company.. Martha K has privately inboxed me her disgust over my review. I only gave my opinion which was a 1st impression. I have nothing to gain by speaking the truth good or bad. We have no knowledge of this individual, our company received no phone or other communication until we saw this review...we as a company set our schedule weeks in advance with, as with any business, legit customers that contact our office and request estimates or service. Particularly given the recent storm ... we are unable to drop existing customers even when strangers attempt to fabricate appointments. Had this individual contacted us through our office we would have discussed the service needs and timing. Again, up until this point we had no knowledge of this situation. We wish her the best and hope she does not do this to other companies and people she does not know and has not interacted with...
