We provide detailed written proposals based on the project scope, labor, material, permits, and required subcontractor work. Pricing is reviewed with the customer before work begins. Any additional work must be approved before it is performed.

We begin with a phone conversation and an on-site consultation. After reviewing the project, we prepare a detailed proposal with the scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, and estimated timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project and maintain clear communication throughout the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in residential remodeling, project coordination, flooring, drywall, painting, tile, carpentry, and interior renovations. Plumbing and electrical work are coordinated through properly licensed professionals when required.
