What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process begins with a consultation to understand their goals, expectations, and any specific concerns they may have regarding their property. We evaluate the site, discuss recommendations, and provide a clear estimate outlining the scope of work and services being proposed.
Once the customer approves the work, we schedule the service, communicate expectations, and ensure our team understands the details of the project. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication and follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied with the results and that their property is being properly cared for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has several years of hands-on experience in the lawn and landscaping industry, providing a wide range of landscape maintenance and installation services. In addition, we have completed training in Landscape Best Management Practices (BMPs), which focuses on proper horticultural practices, water conservation, fertilizer management, and environmentally responsible landscape care.
