- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job we do provides us some kind of education. We work with French trained chefs, American trained chefs, Italian trained chefs, pastry chefs, etc... we learn from others.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We grew up in and around this industry, and get great pleasure in watching others enjoy themselves through our hard work, experience and talent.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Company parties, Birthdays, Anniversary, Retirement, Graduation, any celebration. Rehearsal dinners. Small Weddings. Boat parties. Pig Roasts.
