My house was hot! Very hot!! I got in touch with Mr. Thomas and was at my door in 15 minutes. He fixed and serviced my air conditioner and its working like a charm. He informed me of what he was doing step by step. I would highly recommend Mr. Thomas. He teally knows his stuff! Thank you!!

Phenol was very thorough and reliable. The day he came to check my unit and diagnose the problem, he called to let me know when he was on the way and arrived precisely on time. Actually I think he might have even been a minute or two early. He quickly assessed the problem as a bad, leaking condenser coil, called the manufacturer to verify warranty coverage, and provided me with an estimate of the total cost . Trane told him it could be 10 to 15 days for the part to come in and Phenol said he would be calling them often to follow up . 8 days later he's calling me to say the condenser coil is here and he would be coming to do the repair and get me cool again that day. And he did just that. He was much more reasonable than anyone else, by a lot. Saved us a lot of money. Im very appreciative. I can't say enough good things about Phenol Thomas and his AC All Stars Business. I'm in Palm Bay and that's a good 1 hr drive, from where he's located. He drives a lot and has a lot of out of pocket expenses, and you have to be a successful business in order to do that so that should tell you how many customers trust his service. I'm hoping to take my husband into getting his maintenance plan for a year. You won't find a better AC company for the prices and the service

Our AC went out on a weekend and I received a prompt response from Phenol who came on-site immediately to check the unit. I had two other companies check and I decided to choose Phenol because of his professionalism and knowledge. Having the AC go out during the summer was extremely stressful because I also have elderly parents living with me and a small dog. The new AC unit, thermostat and air handler was installed and I am beyond impressed with the service, price and workmanship of Phenol. Recommending him to my family and friends with outstanding confidence!
