Yardiel was excellent and very understanding of the situation were currently facing with our home. His attention to detail was outstandinghe installed whole-house surge protection at the main panel, along with dedicated protection for our brand-new, high-end air conditioner. He also replaced several outdated outlets to bring them up to code. Highly recommend this company for all your electrical work! Yirdel is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I use him for my home and business. He changed out all our light fixtures at Bella Lani Nails in Tradition & is always a phone call away when we have issues with any electrical need. Lightning took out my electric and FPL said the line to meter was fine so I called New Dimension and Yardiel answered after 5 pm and responded in an hour. He installed surge protectors at the generator and main box and some minor issues in the household. Really appreciate the help and quick response.

Came home after normal business hours to a power outage. The rest of the neighborhood had power. The technician answered my call at 8:30, was upfront about the estimated cost for an emergency service, and walked me through checking my meter before scheduling to come out. It ended up being a power company issue, so I did not need to use their services but I greatly appreciated them being responsive and assisting me with determining it was a power company issue before coming out.
