I had a wonderful yoga session with Kristin. Before the session, Kristin gathered information about my health status, experience with yoga, and my goals and objectives for the session. She also asked me to send her the YouTube video I have been using for my at-home practice. Thus, she was well prepared for the session. It was obvious Kristin is knowledgeable and skilled in the practice of yoga. As we worked through the various poses, she offered gentle corrections and suggestions to improve my performance of each pose. I was pleased overall, and scheduled another session for next month.
