- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Most jobs can be quoted in advance based on photos or a brief description of the issue. We always explain available options before starting any work. Discounts may be available for multiple locks or multiple services completed during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions and, when possible, requesting photos of the existing hardware. This allows me to provide accurate recommendations and pricing before the appointment. Once scheduled, I arrive on time, explain the available options, complete the work, test everything with the customer, and make sure they are comfortable using their new hardware before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working with residential and commercial locks, smart locks, keypad systems, mailbox locks, door hardware, and lock rekeying. I continuously stay up to date with new lock technologies, security products, and installation methods to provide reliable service and professional results.
