Introduction: Cyberize It, LLC uses innovation and technology to assist you with your Notarization needs. We do not appear physically in person but do meet all State Laws for Remote Notarization Services. While we are working on updating our platform, at this time you will email the documents to us prior to your appointment. You can email these in a .pdf, .doc, or image format. There is no fee for file conversion. We do ask that these documents be sent in at least an hour prior to your scheduled session so that we can have time to format them for notarization. If you are transferring a vehicle, we cannot notarize the title but can empower your buyer with the rights to the vehicle by using a Vehicle Power of Attorney. The buyer can take this with them to the title agency and complete the transaction. Loan documents can be performed, so long as the title/escrow & bank approve electronic signatures. We can assist you NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AT during this notarization, and you do not need to be in the USA. All signing parties (and witnesses) do not need to be in the same location to facilitate this transaction. If you need extra witnesses, we can also assist with providing them. We specialize in tough situations where a Notary cannot be admitted (Examples: Prison, Hospitals, Hospice, and those that are disabled). Each person signing (and witnesses) will need to have: 1. Identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Government ID, Prison ID, etc) 2. Access to an email address 3. A Cellphone/Tablet/Computer that has a Camera & Microphone. 4. Ability to connect to a live virtual session. Once in the meeting it should take less than 10 mins. Please be ready at the time of your appointment. I have targeted ads turned on; this means when you place an ad it will charge me. I kindly ask if you are not interested in this type of service to reply with “NO THANK YOU”. This will allow me to obtain a credit for this notification. I am a small business, and these charges add up. For that I thank you! Please contact me if you have any questions about this process! I look forward to working with you!

Taylor Jones is very good at her job. She is quick, punctual, professional and very nice. I would reccomend her to all my friends. If you have concerns about court documents in the state of Florida Gov Desantis passed a law allowing Cyber Notaries for all courts due to covid19.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of our Notaries are personally verified, and are empowered by their commissioned State to perform this Notarization online. Are you a RON Notary? Join our Team today! THE SIGNER(S) can be located ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, and they do NOT HAVE TO BE TOGETHER! What is a Remote Online Notary (RON)? (1) A notary public may perform an online notarization by means of audio-video communication in compliance with this act and any other rules adopted by the secretary of state for any principal who is located within the territory of the United States. (2) A notary public may perform an online notarization for a principal located outside the territory of the United States only if both of the following conditions are met: (a) The act is not known by the notary public to be prohibited in the jurisdiction in which the principal is physically located at the time of the act. (b) The record meets any of the following: (i) Is part of, or pertains to, a matter that is to be filed with or is before a court, governmental entity, or other entity located in the territorial jurisdiction of the United States; (ii) Involves real or personal property located in the territorial jurisdiction of the United States; (iii) Is part of, or pertains to, a transaction substantially connected with the United States. In 2000, the Federal Government instituted this Act: E-Sign Act is a short name for the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, a 2000 federal statute that establishes the legal equivalency of electronic contracts, electronic signatures, and other electronic records with their paper counterparts. It specifies that in the United States, the use of a digital signature is as legally valid as a traditional signature written in ink on paper.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients must have: (for each person signing) a smartphone/tablet or pc (with camera and microphone), an individual email address, drivers license (must take a photo so physically in hand), a social security number (for identification purposes not provided to the notary), and your paperwork completed to the point of signing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our Notaries have unique skills, need someone that speaks your language, I'm sure we have it!

Not what you’re looking for?

No problem: we have pros for every job.
