I called Bev to help me notarize a will for a friend. Bev responded quickly and her kind and thoughtful voice immediately put me at ease. We set an appt for the following morning and then were hit by the summer’s first real tropical rain storm overnight. The roads were flooded and a mess. That didn’t stop Bev from keeping our appointment though. She was thorough, conscientious, knowledgeable and so kind. Bev made the process so easy. I won’t use anybody else every again for my notary needs and, honestly, you shouldn’t either. What a genuinely good person she is.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a per notarial act. $10 each. VIN verification $30.
There is also an additional travel/convenience fee.
Printing and shipping services also available.
Marriage licenses and officiating small weddings, please inquire for special pricing.
For loan/refinance packages and real estate packages, pricing varies based on travel/printing/scan backs/drop off or delivery. Please call for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always talk on the phone with a new customer, to understand their needs, discuss documents, and ask who is signing. I discuss ID's that are required and ask if witnesses are needed? I guide them to signature lines to discover if so. Give them an estimate on the phone and breakdown of fees. Then I schedule and discuss payment types. I let them know to call if they have any questions or if changes to scheduled appointment. Occassionaly the client will send me the document via email if they want a more solid quote or clarification if this is something that I can notarize.

NNA (National Notary Association) certified.
