- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep my rates competitive and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a free consult call so we can talk and make sure that I would be the right person for the job. If I am the right person, a new client application is emailed and an account created. After that, services can be requested and confirmed. Once confirmed, a 50% deposit is made to secure the dates that services are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with animals and have been volunteering since a young age at animal shelters and rescues. I started rescuing animals myself in 1999. I spent over 20 years in the healthcare field and while in nursing school I would attend animal surgeries with our personal veterinarian whenever I was able to. I have had my own rescues with behavior and anxiety issues that I have worked with to recover from trauma and go on to live happy full lives. I have also had my own pets with sensory issues such as vision and hearing loss and rehabilitated my own dachshund after a spine injury that left him partially paralyzed.
