The people I spoke with were courteous and professional over the phone. I explained I wanted to install tile on all of the walls of the bathroom and sent them complete photos. We agreed on the estimate and an appt was made. However when it came time for the appointment they were 1 hour late with no notice and no answer on their phone. Once they showed up they stated their boss wanted to write up another estimate asking for more money. They claimed the original estimate only included the small shower and not the rest of the bathroom walls. Even though the description of the estimate stated the price was for all the walls the boss felt too greedy and wanted to ask for more. Needless to say I went with another installer. Very disappointed in this company.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but when I call you, I’m very clear, the price I give to you is for the shower walls, and NOT the hall bathroom, also when we ask you about the another pic that’s show cabinets and doors you say, only shower walls. So, the pricer that I give you, is impossible to do all walls of you bathroom sir. So I’m sorry for the mistake, and have a bless day. God bless you .

Looks good, but not great. Did not pay attention to detail. It was such a small area that was worked on that it should have been perfect. There was grout on the kitchen cabinets, one wall needs to be repainted due to grout drip marks, front door has a scratch on it which needs to be touched up, and one area of backsplash is uneven.
