My experience with Vinny as my trainer
is such: he is always punctual, he takes
the time to listen and understand my
limitations, finds ways to adapt my
program to ensure I don't get hurt and
always - most importantly,
undoubtedly genuinely cares about my
progression. I've had personal trainers
that just do the basics, tell me to do
things that will hurt me, but I know
and trust that Vinny won't let that
happen if you are as open to him as he
is to you in terms of communication. I
find myself thankful for Vinny being
the kind of trainer I can trust! Thank
