We were in need of new a/c and had a very large estimate from another company, when I was put in contact with Residential Services. There customer service was awesome and they had the whole a/c and heat installed in less than one day. They have also called summer and winter to check how our unit is doing and to remind us to set up and time to come do a regular maintenance check. They have been really great and we would really like to recommend them to any one needing this type of work done.

I had RSI install a new system for my grandparents home. They were very professional and helped me understand everything I need to do to maintain the new system. The management team I spoke with through the process was very trustworthy and some of the most likable people! Would not hesitate to recommend RSI to any of my friends and family

We've tried a few different A/C companies over the years, and we've been very pleased with RSI. Robert was our tech each time and did a thorough job with regular maintenance as well as a coil change out. Will happily use them again.

My wife and I recently used RSI, Inc. to service our A/C system and were impressed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we buy a large amount of equipment, we get great pricing on equipment to pass along as savings to you. You won't find a company with our experience that will beat us on price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a replacement we will send a manager out to your residence to survey the property and ensure we know what equipment is all necessary for the job. They will talk to you about what's needed and get you a quote. You then can discuss timing for how long the job typically takes and when you're available for us to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between our 2 owners, service and operations managers, we have over 100 years of HVAC experience. With all that experience, we can solve whatever HVAC issue you might be having.
