- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we buy a large amount of equipment, we get great pricing on equipment to pass along as savings to you. You won't find a company with our experience that will beat us on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a replacement we will send a manager out to your residence to survey the property and ensure we know what equipment is all necessary for the job. They will talk to you about what's needed and get you a quote. You then can discuss timing for how long the job typically takes and when you're available for us to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between our 2 owners, service and operations managers, we have over 100 years of HVAC experience. With all that experience, we can solve whatever HVAC issue you might be having.
