Introduction: We strive to hit every objective you have. By providing a rewarding experience with a friendly laid back learning experience. We make it fun, informative, provide you the skills and confidence you need to use your newly learned skills in the future. We offer personalized class options for up to 6 students per class. All classes are 90 min and complete a full course meal. Wether a breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We offer classes on snacks & appetizers, canning & preserving. Homemade made easier, faster & cheaper than store bought! I enjoy learning from my students! Every time I step into a students kitchen and start talking about the "process" I immediately perk up, waiting & knowing a piece of learning gold will be revealed to me the "teacher". Whether it's a comment on how Grandma let her back, or how she watched her mother make sauce growing up. Within those talks, gold is being found. I keep those stories with me and use them to teach others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to offer series blocks, 5-90min lessons. The price is a flat $300. This is flat rate, I do not start the "click" until I literally start the wind up timer that I bring with me. Your time does not include set up or clean up time. *hint - use this free time to ask questions. I offer discounted rates when 1-3 additional students want to attend an already booked class of a friend. That rate is $35/per student / per class. The total price may be spilt among all students if booked together for all 5 classes. Customized packages can be negotiated at the request of a student. We can work with anyone & any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact with our customers is a phone meeting. Which is a friendly meet/greet conversation. Just talking, discovering everyone's goals & expectations. Followed by email discussing menu/recipes, available booking dates, etc. Once the menu is planned and classes scheduled, a Class Packet is sent to each student enrolled in a class for review and prep work. Then on class day, I arrive, set up, teach, answer questions, help you to prepare a full menu of foods to impress anyone. Once we've finished our cooking, I stay behind to assist with clean up and to answer any last questions. We then plan and schedule your next class. And the process starts all over!
