- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour with a minimum of two hours basic package. Additional time or artists can be added depending on the size of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer would contact me to coordinate on rates, location, schedule and services required, then a confirmation email is sent with all provided details of the event as well as a clear and comprehensive contract for the client to review and correct if needed and finally, after deposit has been received, a deposit confirmation email is sent as well. I contact the customer two days before the event, just as a friendly reminder and to make sure we are all on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Face & Body Art International Conventions, Face painting and balloon twisting individual training, workshops and jams.
