- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing with no hidden fees or surprises once we get to your home. The quote we send is binding and will he honored even if additional material is needed for the original scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about concerns or problems they are experiencing. We then create a plan to help solve those problems, often with variations to fit any budget. We schedule the install as soon as possible and most jobs are installed in 1 day. Our work is guaranteed so you can rest assured we are doing our best work and will fix any workmanship issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead installer has been in the trade for over 30 years, coming from a family of gutter pros. We train every installer with the same techniques and allow them to take ownership of their jobs. Installers are never limited on supplies, they can use whatever is needed to get the job installed correctly.
